Founders’ Statement: On Technology, Strategy, and the Transatlantic Advantage

Corvin Strategies was founded on a straightforward observation: that the institutions poised to lead in the coming decade will be those that combine technological fluency with geopolitical literacy. We built this firm to serve them.

The organizations we advise — governments, corporations, family offices — face a common challenge. Artificial intelligence and intelligent automation are reshaping how decisions are made, how services are delivered, and how competitive advantage is built. Yet most advisory firms treat technology and strategy as separate disciplines. We do not. Our practice was designed from the ground up to operate at their intersection: architecting AI implementation, workflow transformation, and institutional modernization for clients who understand that the future belongs to those who move with both speed and judgment.

Our transatlantic positioning is not incidental — it is foundational. The corridor between Washington and Budapest, between Brussels and the capitals of Central Europe, is one we navigate with fluency born of lived institutional experience on both sides of the Atlantic. This gives our clients something difficult to replicate: advisory grounded equally in diplomatic practice, legal precision, and the operational realities of deploying technology across borders and regulatory regimes.

We structure every engagement around three commitments. Discretion — inherited from diplomatic service and embedded in how we operate, not how we market. Alignment — we accept mandates only where our expertise creates genuine, measurable advantage. And independence — we counsel our clients to build positions of strength, capability, and self-sufficiency.

Whether the mandate involves market entry, government affairs, AI transformation, or all three at once, our work is guided by the same conviction: that the best advisory makes institutions more capable, not more dependent.

We welcome inquiries from principals who share that ambition.
